Terms of sale

- Purchase
When an order is placed, a purchase agreement is made once EBroid.com has confirmed the order with an order confirmation. An order confirmation is sent no later than 24 hours after the order has been received by EBroid.com. If the delivery time changes for an order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost until the item has been delivered. EBroid.com retains ownership and the right of repossession for all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us, you must be 18 years old and EBroid.com must be able to verify the customer’s residential address.
- Prices
Prices include VAT at 25% for orders within the EU. Once an order is confirmed, prices can only be changed due to circumstances beyond the control of EBroid.com. For example, significantly changed raw material prices, currency changes, or changed VAT. No handling fees are added. If the price changes, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase at no cost.

- Delivery
Orders are processed promptly and digital goods are delivered immediately upon successful payment. If there are any issues with the delivery of your digital products, please contact us at info@EBroid.com.
- Delivery delays
Sometimes delays occur due to issues beyond our control. If this occurs, we disclaim liability for compensation to the customer for any damage caused by the delay. You can trust that we will always inform you if deliveries are delayed. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost in case of a delivery delay.
- Damaged goods
When you receive your digital goods, it is important to check your order immediately. If you have received an incorrect or corrupted file, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@EBroid.com.
- Right of withdrawal and open purchase
Due to the nature of digital goods, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the delivery of the digital product has begun. By confirming your purchase and starting the download, you agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
If you encounter any issues with your digital purchase, such as receiving an incorrect or corrupted file, please contact us as soon as possible at info@EBroid.com. We will address any problems promptly and ensure you receive the correct product.
- Complaints
If you wish to complain about a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us via email for further instructions. Please notify us via email at info@EBroid.com before sending anything. Include the invoice/receipt so we can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for the shipping to us. In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN’s recommendations.
- Refunds
Refunds are made via Stripe or PayPal. The amount is always refunded to the same account used for the purchase and as soon as possible after we have received and approved the return.
- Reservations
We reserve the right to change prices due to major deviations in supplier prices, typographical errors, or other errors beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeure below.
- Protection of personal data
In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business solely for the purpose of fulfilling and providing the service you expect from us. According to the Personal Data Act (PUL), you have the right to access the information we have registered about you, and if you consider it incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or deletion from our customer register. In such a case, please contact our customer service (preferably by email at info@EBroid.com). We also assure you that we will not sell or transfer any personal data (see our Privacy Policy).
- Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, labor market action, government decision, and comparable events beyond our control that could not reasonably have been foreseen, and affect agreements and commitments on our part, which makes us unable to fulfill said agreements/commitments, shall constitute grounds for exemption from our obligations to fulfill said agreements.
