**How do we handle your personal information?**
When you shop from an online store, ours or someone else’s, you provide information about yourself. Where you live, your email address, and what you purchase. Some of our customers wonder what we do with this information, and here we describe more formally how we handle your information.
The foundation of everything we do is to treat our customers the way we ourselves want to be treated, always. This also applies to information.
**What information do we collect?**
We collect as little information as possible. We need to know where you live to be able to send the goods to you. If you order to your workplace or summer house, we don’t even need to know where you live.
When you pay by card, you need to provide your credit card number. This is done via a secure server, and Stripe orPaypal handle card payments through us.
Of course, we need to know which products you order, and we need your email address to be able to contact you with delivery notifications, changed information, etc.
**How do we use this information?**
We use the information to process your order. We use your email address to send information to you. If you do not want to receive information from us, you can easily unsubscribe from further informational emails via a link in the email and will never be contacted by us again.
**Cookies**
We use cookies. We do this to be able to store your items in your shopping cart.
We also use Google’s services “Google Analytics” and “AdRoll Remarketing”. These services also use cookies. You can read more about what this means for you here.
**Information to other parties**
We never share your information with anyone else. Exceptions are made if we are legally obliged to do so.
**Remove your information from our database**
The only information we retain is your email address. Other information is kept only as a record of the financial transaction.
If you do not want us to keep your email address in our database for informational emails, you can email us, and we will remove it.
